♡Terms of Service♡

• I am free to reject your commission request if I am not confident enough to work on it.
• I do not accept refunds requests.
• Payment can be made via Paypal, Ko-fi, or Gcash.
• Payment can be in USD or PHP.
• When sending money, please include your username and the social media platform to which we discussed your commission request.
• Commissioners are free to use their commissioned piece but please give credits to me (twitter.com/caramellochi).
• Artworks cannot be used commercially unless stated or client paid the commercial fee.
• I won’t remove my watermark or signature unless the client paid for a commercial fee.
• Full payment should be made first before I start with the commission.
• I have the rights to post and use the commissioned art in my portfolio; however, you may ask me not to, given that you commissioned me for a surprise present or you are a pre-debut vtuber. Please let me know beforehand.
• If you’re planning to commission me and you don’t have a reference sheet of your character, please provide me a google document containing all information and reference images (hairstyle, eye color, markings, clothes, personality, etc). I do not work with characters who are only based off from words.
• I request my clients to send me a google doc containing all the info that they would like to see in their commission (ref sheet, pose, etc.) once the idea has been finalized.
• For revisions and edits, major revisions should be done during the draft approval stage (expression change, pose alteration, etc). I will only allow minimal changes afterwards and will charge 10 USD and up for any major revisions.
• Estimated time of arrival is usually a week or two for Non-L2D Comms. You may pay for a rush or priority fee if you’d like to have your commission done in 2-3 days otherwise! Please note that there might be delays since I am still a student but I shall notify you whenever!
• If the character or background requested has a lot of details, I will charge more as my prices are only base prices.
• The dimensions of the artworks are stated along with my commission prices, if you have a specific dimension in mind, please let me know!
